Andre Cayer Global Infobrokers Self Employment Program
|
3rd Place Winner
$10,000 Silver Investment from 8th Street RV
Watercycles Energy Recovery Inc.
The watercycleT is a contra-flow copper heat exchanger for drain water that reduces hot-water-heating costs by 40-50%. The watercycleT operates in a similar way to an air-to-air heat exchanger, and it will save money and reduce carbon emissions. Outgoing drain water from a shower flows through a centre copper pipe, warming the incoming cold water by conduction through its walls. The all-copper design allows for rapid conduction of heat. The product is assembled using existing plumbing supplies and is readily installed into a new or existing plumbing system. The watercycleT is manufactured exclusively in Saskatchewan. In lay terms, the watercycleT warms cold water in the same way you would warm your cold hands on a mug of hot chocolate.
